We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how to return or exchange your items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of collection or delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Used items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders, cut-to-size products, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at sales@melbournefloorsmart.com.au or 03-94643385 to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Return the item to our store at 168A Settlement Rd, Thomastown VIC 3074
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange if the products have not bee opened or used. .
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
